We bid farewell to Ellis Stamper of Dayton, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 18, 2025 at the age of 81. Ellis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Stamper and Zetta Stamper; his wife Melisa Stamper; and his siblings, Dewey Stamper, Roy Stamper Jr., Charlene Rogers and Judy Stamper.
He is survived by: his children, David Asher (Nakina), Ashley Stafford (Kyle) and James Stamper Jr.; his grandchildren, Natalie, Olivia and Ellis; and his sister Delores McCullah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424).
