It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Sue Williams (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on April 28, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ova Pelfrey and Lourinda Pelfrey; her spouse Arkie W. Williams; and her brothers, Sammie Pelfrey and Bill Pelfrey.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Williams (Denise) and Ellen Powers (Brian); her grandchildren, Amanda Walther (Jay), Emily Kappel (Rick), Kyle Williams (Alex Davis), Chris Powers (Katie) and Katie Carter (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Brayden, Bryce, Alivia, Ricky, Lucas, Chloe, Adelaide, Copeland, Bridgers, Brixton and Layla Lou; her siblings, Brenda Coffey, Freddie Pelfrey (Valerie) and Fawna Boggs (Bill); and her sister-in-law Avanell Robbins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
