She is survived by: her parents, Scott Whittaker and Jackie Whittaker; her daughter Delilah; her siblings, Kevin Whittaker and Megan Whittaker; her nieces, Harper, Hadley and Stella; her nephew Brice; and her grandmother Hannah Gravino.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel (5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills (5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429).
The family asks that flowers be sent to the funeral home or that donations be made to the Artemis Center in memory of Erin, as it was a cause that was near and dear to her.
