She was predeceased by: her parents, Greek and James; her siblings, Peter Farmakis (Daisy), Marina Cobb (Kennedy), Niki Skodan (Michael) and Mari Farmakis; and her husband Dr. Nick Boosalis.
She is survived by: her sons, Constantine, James N. (Evelyn) of Fresno, David N. (Leah) of Oakwood and Matthew N. of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Nicholas "Dempsey", Casey (HB), Cody, Nicholas, Benjamin Olsen, Logan Boosalis and Maria; and her great grandchildren, Constantine, Tyler and Gage Boosalis.
