With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Faith Layne of Dayton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 12, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Day and Geneva Koger; her children, Johnny Turner and Crystal Prunkard; her husband Sergeant Blane Layne; the father of her children Michael Turner; and her sister Nadine Reedy.
She is survived by: her daughter Delta "Dee" Blair (Bill); her grandchildren, Dillon Wessler (Rachel), Jerrica Wessler (Taylor), Elijah Turner, Peyton Turner, Hunter Turner and Jordan Wessler; her great grandchildren, Sophi, Bryson, Rylie, Ella, Iris, Rilo, Lucas, Austin and Ezekiel; and her brother Ronnie Day. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
