He was predeceased by: his parents, James Neff and Dora Neff; his wife Georgia Neff; his son James Neff; his siblings, Clara Myers, Lella Parsons, Harry Neff (Dorothy), Floyd Neff and Chester Neff (Mary); his in-laws, Ralph Gorby (Wilma) and Howard Thacker (Juanita); and his brother-in-law Bobby Baker (Lilellamai).
He is survived by: his son David Neff (Melissa); his grandchildren, Marty Neff (Michelle), Keith Neff (Kim) and Katie Neff; his great grandchildren, Zoey Neff, Zayden Neff, Alenia Neff, Nolan Neff and Lincoln Neff; and his sister-in-law Kathy Neff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as numerous other family members and friends.
