It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Otto Beddies Sr. of Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. Beddies and Dixie Beddies; and his brothers, Rex and Donald Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Glen Jr. (Garietta) and Douglas Beddies (Christina); his brother Larry Beddies (Cheri); his sister-in-law Lynda Beddies; and his grandchildren, Bryce, Logan, Carter and Zara. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and a nephew.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home (2100 E Stroop Rd, Dayton, OH 45429). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (118 Woodland Ave, Dayton, OH 45409).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any organizations supporting veterans or emergency services personnel.
