He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Dempsey and Zeda Dempsey; his brother Rodney Dempsey; and his nephew Matthew Dempsey. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Young (David) and Tracy Dempsey (Justin); and his sister Cindy Dempsey.
