She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Alsop and Hazel Alsop; and her husband Thomas C. Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Sowders (Phillip) of Fairborn and Kenneth Phillips (Kimberly) of Dayton; her grandchildren, Ashley Thieman (Daniel), Matthew Sowders (Staci) and Kayleigh Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Grant Thieman and Ariana Thieman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blessed Hope Baptist Church (3151 Annabelle Dr, Kettering, OH 45429). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
