He was predeceased by : his parents, Ova Jennings and Myrtle Campbell Jennings. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Jennings (Blanton); his children, Tim Jennings (Barbara) of Centerville, Tammy Richardson (Randy) of Waynesville, Rhonda Allen (Barry) of Xenia and Marla DeBord (Roger) of Xenia; his grandchildren, Kelli Noval (Aric) of Spring Valley, Justin Richardson (Andrea) of Centerville, Brandon Richardson (Kimberly) of Franklin, Josh Allen (Ashley) of Xenia and Scott Richardson (Erin) of Cincinnati; his great grandchildren, Maren, Everly, Cohen, Lucas, Alyssa, Masen, Maverick, Alivia and Malakai; his brother Jim Jennings (Sharon) of Lewisburg; his siblings-in-law, Tom Allen and Darlene Jennings; and his siblings, Leon Jennings, Louise Hoskins and Judy Allen.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Neeld Funeral Home, Inc. (1276 N Detroit St, Xenia, OH 45385). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Xenia Nazarene Church, 1204 W. Second St., Xenia, Ohio 45385 or to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420, in his memory.
