She was predeceased by: her parents, Greenville Mitchell and Mary Wiley (Runyon); her husband Raymond Gifford; her children, Karla and Allen; her brother Mitchell Wiley; her siblings-in-law, Linda Gifford, Bernadine Gifford, Janet Potts, Tom Gifford and Frank Hutchison; and her nephew David Potts.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Gifford (Tricia), Brenda Rushing (Benjamin), Karen Rhinehart (Wylie) and Rev. Stephen Gifford (Crystal); her sister Donna Hutchison; her siblings-in-law, Rev. Michael Gifford, Rev. James Gifford, Terry Gifford (Sherry) and Marcella Wiley; her grandchildren, Joshua, Kara, Brittany, Rebecca, Bethany, Lauren, Andrew, Whitney, Leah, Micaylie, Noah, Emily, Falyn, Grace, Alana, Keyden, Camden and Ella; her great grandchildren, Stephaun, Paris, Ava, Claire, Jacob, Hudson, Ben, Nick, Winston, Lawson, Coen, Alexandria, Addison, Annie, Audrie, Andie, Bentlee, Levi, Henry, Ruth, Lennox and Kylee; and her great great grandchild Amerian. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dayton Church (168 Avondale Dr, Dayton, OH 45404). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ferncliff Cemetery (501 W McCreight Ave, Springfield, OH 45504).
