He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Hershel III (Melony), Michelle (Vance), Brandon, Dwight Jr. (Kendra) and Josi; his aunt Vola Mae Waller; his grandchildren, Randis (Alexandra), Anyssa, Darien, Vance, Donte (Mercedes), Amani, Dwight III, Indya, Asia and Kalyn; his great grandchildren, Kristian, Anastasia, Kingston, Kalayah, Kaliana and Freya; his brother Charles (Rosalind); his parents-in-law, Robert Robinson and Josie Robinson; and his nieces and nephews, Juanyau Collins, Louis Monroe (Tecia), Desiree Anderson (Dana), Terrence Monroe, Xersalyn Freeman (Reginald), Glenn Threet and Jacqueline Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (380 S Broadway St, Dayton, OH 45402). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
