It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James T. Collinsworth Jr. (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on September 12, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Collinsworth and Lois Collinsworth; his brother Kenneth Collinsworth; and his grandparents, Thurman and Margaret Collinsworth.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Tiffany Sanning and James T. Collinsworth III (Sarah); his grandchildren, Alexander, Abigail, Audrey, Bailey and Layla; and his siblings, Bob Collinsworth (Donna), John Collinsworth (Victoria) and Susan Collinsworth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Jim's honor.
