James E. Wills Obituary
We announce the death of James E. Wills of Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2026, at the age of 93. James E. will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Viva Wills (Centers) and Bruce Wills; his son David Wills; his grandson Shawn Hayden; his great grandchild Trey Wills; and his siblings, Timothy "Tim" Wills and Nancy J. Weidle (Wills).
He is survived by: his children, Donna Lefeld (Mike), Joy Porter and Jody Grimme (Chris); his brother Dr. Peter M. "Mike" Wills (Mary); and his grandchildren, Keith Hayden, Jenny Matson (Jon), Corey Wills, Kayla Wills, Michael Porter, Cody Porter and Amanda Miller. He is also survived by his 9 great-grandchildren; and his many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Twin Valley Cemetery.
