He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. Cole; his parents, Samuel Cole and Mary Cole; and his siblings, Samuel Cole and Patsy Reddivai.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Eldridge (Rachel) and Melissa Lunsford (Charles); his grandchildren, Ashley Lunsford, Charles Lunsford (Aimee), Christine Eldridge, Taylor Eldridge, Alexis Eldridge, Curtis Cress and Myrtle Noble; and his great grandchildren, Ashton, Mackenzy, Jaley, Madison, Christopher, Charlie, Denver, Diamond, Cassidy and Bell.
