He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jonathan Lasley Ensor and Nettie Tallant Ensor; his siblings, Jonathan Lasley Ensor (Carol) and Betty Lou Pugh (Darnell); and his great grandchild Phineas Ensor.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy J. Ensor; his children, Kelly Marie Bush (Greg) and Robert Lasley Ensor; his grandchildren, Josh Bush, Lauran Dice (Drew), Samuel Bush, James Ensor (Sarah) and Samantha Hartman (Nathaniel); his great grandchildren, Liam Ensor and Boston Dice; and his sisters, Mary Virginia Bennet (TJ) and Margaret Barron (Wayne). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45432). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Spinning Road Baptist Church in James' honor.
