He is survived by: his mother Velma Parks Ross; his children, Amber Ross Peavy (Kevin) and James Ross, Jr. (Twyla); his siblings, Craig Ross, Sr. (Latweta), Judy Ross, Mark Ross, Chris Ross, Keith Ross, Sr. (Patricia), Theodore Ross, III (Niki), Kent Ross (Deneen), Cindy Ross of Dayton and Steven Ross (Dana) of Kissimmee, Florida.; his grandchildren, Shyanne Ross-Brown, Raven and Ryanne Ross-Brown; and his child Emmilla Watts Ross. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
