She is survived by: her mother Mary Herbst; her grandchildren, Allie Holmes, Alexis Ash, Gabriella Holmes, Liam Fields and Levi Fields; and her sisters, Katherine Combs and Amy Vance. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
