She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hurst and Wilma Hurst of Dayton, Ohio.; and her siblings, Darlene Hatfield and Bruce Hurst. She is survived by: her niece Angie; her nephews, Eric, Ryan and Nick; and her brother-in-law Charlie Hatfield.
