She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman J. Swartz and Irene L. Swartz (Adler); her daughter Angela Leigh Minneman; and her siblings, Paul, Robert, Richard, Steven, Diane Duzenski and Norma Evans.
She is survived by: her spouse Marty Seredich; her brothers, Anthony Swartz (Angela) of North Baltimore and William Swartz (Teresa) of Bowling Green; and her sister-in-law Janellen Swartz. She is also survived by three grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nephews and nieces.
