He is survived by: his granddaughter Arya Mae Hauptsteuck; his wife Jaime Collins; his daughter London Tanner; his stepsons, Austin Hauptsteuck and Cody Collins; his granddaughter Arya Mae; his mother Sue Mauller; and his siblings, David Brewster (Shannon) and Kelli Bailey (Peter).
