He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Daniel and Willie Mae Daniel; and his siblings, Claretha Thomas, Joanne Daniel and Calvin Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela K. Daniel; his children, Laciania Scates (Joseph), Tori Butler, Jr. (Robert), Joy Daniel, Devon and Kasaundra Morland; his brother Joseph Daniel; his nieces and nephews, Young and Brown; and his friends, Terry Chancellor and Anthony Lawson. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
