He was predeceased by: his father Benny C Hamilton Sr.; his nephew Benny Hamilton Jr.; and his grandparents, Nual, Ina Hamilton, James and Bertie Barker.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Hamilton; his son Jacob Hollingsworth; and his siblings, John Hamilton (Pat), Nuel Humphrey and Norma Hoskins (Greg). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
