He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Fraley (Williams) and Ransom Fraley; his wife Norma Jean Hicks; his former wife Nellie Hicks; his sons, Leon and Delbert; and his son-in-law Donnie.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Jean Slavens; and his grandchildren, Jessica Williams, Ray Slavens (Brandy), Kelli Lawrence and Anita Bateman (Zak).
