He is survived by: his significant other Amy Baird; his sons, Jon Hayes (Julie), Brendan Hayes and Tim Hayes (Wendy Miller); his stepchildren, Tim Rumbaugh (Brenda) and Cris Morris; his grandchildren, Madison (Logan), Sydney, Elise (Jimmy), Nate, Lauren, Armand and Kale; and his brother Dale Hayes (Terry).
