She was predeceased by: her parents, David Smith and Elizabeth Smith; her children, James, Larry Bolden and Linda Ballinger; and her brothers, Benny and Steve Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Dean Bolden; her daughter Donna Johnson (Mac Brinegar); her brothers, Paul Smith (Susie), Terry Smith (Loretta), Randy Smith (Debbie) and Bill Smith (Debbie); her grandchildren, Brooke Macke (John), Lesley Moyer (Devin), Collin Bolden (Ashley Smith), Dillon Ballinger (Kathryn) and Amirah Ballinger; and her great grandchildren, Henry, Harrison, Hudson Macke, Rosalie, Blair Bolden, McKenna and Conner Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
