It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Willis Towell (Dayton, Ohio), born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Towell and Edna Towell; his wife Shirley Towell; and his brother Johnny Towell. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Joe Towell (Joletta) and Angie Layman (Chris); and his grandchildren, Isabel and Cooper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Joe's honor.
