He is survived by: his mother Darlene Moore; his sisters, Kathryn Jackson (William) of Ohio, Kimberly Moore of Kentucky and Carolyn Moore of Kentucky; his grandmother Blanche Tolliver; his aunts and uncles, Charlene Tolliver of Indiana, Gloria Banks of Ohio, Vivian Tolliver of West Virginia, Mary Reynolds of West Virginia, Terry Tolliver of West Virginia, Thomas Tolliver of West Virginia and Greg Tolliver of West Virginia; his niece Rodnesha Tolliver; and his nephew Kareem Clancy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
