With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Sue Phero of Dayton, Ohio, born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 28, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carter and Myrtle Carter; her former husband Charles Osborne; Norman Phero, Geneva, Juanita and Gene.

She is survived by: her son Gregory Osborne (Nancy); her grandchildren, Jennifer Alfaro (Frank) and Brian Osborne (Kari); her great grandchildren, Austin Alfaro, Cora Osborne, Ruby Osborne and Edie Osborne; and her sister Pauline Turner.

Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
