She was predeceased by: her father Charles William; and her siblings, Marilyn Welker Duncan, Ronald Welker and Charles "Buddy" Welker. She is survived by: her mother Viola L. Gordon Welker; and her son Randy Woods (Susan). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
