She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Pietrzak and Doris Pietrzak. She is survived by: her daughter Alicia Rothery (Richard); her grandchildren, Taylor Rothery (Hoit) and Thomalynn Wells; her great grandchildren, Aubrey and Mymy; her siblings, Doug Pietrzak (Tammy) and Paula Carpenter (Mark); her pet Maui; and her close friend Orien. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
