She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Whitford; her stepfather Robert Whitford; her husband Robert Bisceglia; her daughter Karen Turnbow; and her sister Katie Amburn.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Bisceglia, II, David Bisceglia (Sue) and Mark Bisceglia; her grandchildren, Aaron Bisceglia (Nikki), Joey Bisceglia and Maia Bisceglia; her great grandchild Rowan; her brothers, James Amburn (Cindy) and Dan Amburn (Vickie); her stepbrother Dick Whitford (Loretta); and her close friend Debbie Clark (Phil). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Judy's memory to Hospice of Dayton.
