He was predeceased by: his mother Sondra Clay (Burke). He is survived by: his children, Austin Clay (Lexus Wright), Madison Clay and Jaxson Clay; his grandson Lucas Clay; his father Robert "Bob" Clay; and his siblings, Stephanie McGovern (Johnny) and Nathan Clay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
