She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McCutcheon and Iva McCutcheon; and her daughter Laura Adams. She is survived by: her husband Mark Burns; her sister Marcia MacDonald; her children, J. Spencer Adams (Cristie), Vail Burns (Laena) and Mindy Burns; and her grandchildren, Kayci Adams, Spencer T. Adams, Ikaika Burns and Dane Burns, I. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
