She is survived by: her children, Justin Harshman (Jackie), Ryan Maxwell and Dillon Fairchild; her grandchildren, Brooklynn Harshman, Justin "Junior" Harshman, Artie Maxwell and Elias Fairchild; her father Neil Steele (Marion); her siblings, Mike Steele, Jamie Staley (Steve), Lori Dahm (Steve) and Barbie LeVally; and her brother-in-law Tim Woods. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
