He was predeceased by: his sister Diana VanDeGrift; and his brother-in-law Michael Wilson. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise (Jay Murphy), Cheryl (Tom Taylor) and Dawn (Donald Gunsauley); his grandchildren, Nicholas Brown, Jaxon, Christian and Isabella Taylor; his sister Sharon Wilson of Troy; his pet Whiskey; and his nieces and nephews, Greg "Hammer", Melinda VanDeGrift, Janell VanDeGrift, Jason Allaman, Scott, Christine Wilson and Marc Wilson. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
