He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cruze and Wilma Cruze (Foster); and his siblings, Clarence W. Cruze, Deane D. Cruze, Neil P. Cruze, Elaine Kelly, Jaqueline Lund and Beverly Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Swaim, Shawn Cruze and Brent Cruze; his grandchildren, Danielle Swaim, Kelsey Johnson, Grace Rowland and Austin Swaim; his great grandchildren, Colten Swaim and Nevaeh Lane; his sisters, Karen Martin and Rita Davidson (Richard); and his friend Donna Cruze.
In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made out to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Keith.
