He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Fallen and Duane Patrick; and his brothers, Dale and Larry. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Barnett; his aunt Bobbie Brunk; Jack. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Polk Grove Cemetery (9190 Frederick Pike, Dayton, OH 45414).
