He was predeceased by: his parents, James Belcher and Louella Belcher; his wife Catherine M. "Kay" Belcher; his sons, Ken and John Belcher; his son-in-law Dennis Konkel; his grandsons, John and Matt Belcher; and his sister Betty Collins.
He is survived by: his children, David Belcher (Theresa), Constance Hanna, Tom Belcher and James Belcher. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
