He was predeceased by: his parents, Durward Kline and Virginia Kline; and his brothers, Gary, Danny and Don Kline.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Kline; his son Drew Kline (Nicki); his siblings, Ron Kline (Wendy) and Linda Blank (Ted); and his sister-in-law Carol Taulbee (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
