He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Salyers (Borchers); his daughters, Molly Mudra (Dan) and Elizabeth Sanders (Byron); his grandchildren, Allison, Justin, Natalie Mudra, Hayden, Addison, Kinsley and Caleb Sanders; and his siblings, Helen Hall, Ray Salyers and Jim Salyers. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
