He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Maxwell and George Maxwell; his sister Carolyn Maxwell; his father-in-law Paul Starlin; and his sister-in-law Sarah Starlin.

He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his children, John (Brittney) and Sally (Willy); his grandchildren, Gus and Gracie; and his mother-in-law Doris.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home (2100 E Stroop Rd, Dayton, OH 45429).
