Kveta H. Smear Obituary

As Kveta departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kveta. Though Kveta may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sedlacek and Josephine Sedlacek; and her husband John C. Smear. She is survived by: her children, John R. Smear (Donna) and Marlene Heier; and her grandchildren, John Lee Smear (Julie), Allyson Condon (Matt), Jessica Ervin (Scott) and Brittney Ireland (Michael). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home - Kettering (2100 E Stroop Rd, Dayton, OH 45429). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
