She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Policky and Kathryn Policky; her husband Donald "Don" Matulka; and her brothers, Ernie Policky and Richard Policky.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Stafford (John), Daniel Matulka (Jennifer Eberenz), David Matulka (Tawana) and Deborah Matulka (Ed Parks); her brother Eugene Policky; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Marie Rawlinson and Janet Matulka. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
