He is survived by: his father Joseph Carter; his wife Cynthia Carter of Beavercreek, Ohio; his brothers, Terence Carter (Rhonda) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Gary Carter (Pam) of Fort Loramie, Ohio; his daughter Kelly Carter (Nicholas Dalton) of Bellbrook, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Kyrie and Trae Lawrence.
