He was predeceased by: his wife Janet McConnell; and his children, Lawrence McConnell Jr., Terry McConnell, Victor McConnell, James Leet, Ronald Leet and Robert Leet.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel McConnell (Susie), Rebecca Banks (Sam), Richard Leet (Robin) and Douglass Leet. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren.
