It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Layonmia Norrod of Dayton, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 87, on April 10, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Stewart and Elsie Stewart (Spence); her husband James Norrod; her granddaughter Jerrica Kosher (Conn); and her great grandchild Jordan Eifert.

She is survived by : her children, Teresa Conn, Pam Barhorst (Dan), Robin Fox (Marty), Wayne Fugate and Keith McKinney (Cindy); her niece Terri Brown; her grandchildren, Brieen (Jerry), Larry (Meredith), Jake (Morgan), Lynnsi and Shawn (Destiny); and her great grandchildren, Gannon, Gavin, Emerson, Pheobe, Mary Jane and Brilynn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as several other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer - North Dayton Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
