She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Clancy and Marilyn Clancy (Waldren); her husband Jeff Javins; and her brother Steven Clancy. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey "Levi" and James "Garrett" Javins; her fiancé Burell Hall; and her siblings, Marc Clancy (Penny), Howard Clancy, Jr. (Vicki), Richard Clancy, Jason and Susan Cockrell (Jesse Dozier). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions to honor Leann's soft heart for animals may be made to any charity of donor's choice to benefit the welfare of animals.
