He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Adams and Leona Adams; the mother of his children Penny Adams; his granddaughter Kearstin; and his siblings, Lloyd and Marie.
He is survived by: his significant other Judy Merritt; his children, Clayton Adams (Tabatha) and Nancy Adams; his grandchildren, Madison, Ryenne, Kyleigh, Aria, Jessica, Emily, Jay D. and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Leon, Hank, Waylon, Macey and Charley; and his sisters, Julie, Linda and Roxy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
