She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Shackleford and Bessie Shackleford; her husband Willis Phipps; and her sons, Willis Phipps and Eddie Phipps.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Phipps (Dulcene), Patricia Love, Steve Phipps (Kathy), Terry Phipps, Sheila Cain (Donald), Theresa Bond (Rick) and Leonard Phipps (Donna); and her siblings, Sylvia, Lorraine, Bill and Leonard. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
